1. Who we are
Avlyia Sense is developed by Avlyia, operating out of Ontario, Canada. This policy applies solely to the Avlyia Sense waitlist and the information collected through it. Questions can be directed to legal@avlyia.com.
2. What we collect
We collect your email address and the timestamp of your submission. We also collect aggregated, non-identifying telemetry—such as your general region (e.g., Country or Province) and device type—to understand our audience. We do not collect names or precise GPS locations at this stage.
3. Why we collect it
Your email address is collected for one purpose: to notify you when Avlyia Sense is ready to launch. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. Legal basis
We collect your email address on the basis of your informed consent, given at the time of submission. You may withdraw that consent at any time by requesting deletion of your address.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party. Your address is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy obligations. No other third parties have access to your information.
6. Where it is stored
Your data is stored on Cloudflare servers located in Canada and the United States. By submitting your email address, you acknowledge that it may be processed in these jurisdictions.
7. How long we keep it
We retain your email address until Avlyia Sense launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After launch notifications are sent, waitlist data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Your rights under PIPEDA
As a resident of Canada or elsewhere, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if inaccurate, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@avlyia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies and tracking
We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to measure site traffic and performance. This allows us to understand how many people visit the site and from which general regions without identifying individual visitors or using persistent tracking cookies.
10. Children
The waitlist is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy before launch, we will notify waitlist members by email prior to the change taking effect.
